Pulled Pork Nachos 🥑

Ingredients
Nachos
1 bag nachos
Leftover prepared Epicure Pulled Pork (just use whatcha got)
1/4 cup pickled jalapeños
1 bag shredded cheese of your choice
Guacamole Dip Mix
2 ripe avocados
2 tablespoons Epicure Guacamole Dip Mix
Juice of 1/2 lime
Poco Picante Salsa
1/2 cup tomatoes
1 tablespoon Epicure Poco Picante Salsa Mix
Juice of 1/2 lime
Additional Ingredients
1/2 cup Sour Cream
Sprinkle of Cilantro
Cookware
Epicure 2-in-1 Citrus Press
Preparation
Guacamole Dip Mix
Mash avocado in a medium sized bowl. Add lime juice using citrus press & Guacamole Dip Mix. Stir.

Poco Picante Salsa Mix
Dice tomatoes into small pieces. Add to bowl.
Add Guacamole Dip Mix & lime juice using citrus press. Stir.

Nachos
Set oven to 425.
Place Sheet Pan Liner on Sheet Pan. Spread Nachos.
Microwave Pulled Pork for 1 minute, add as much as desired to nachos. Top with cheese.
Bake for eight minutes or until edges begin to golden brown.

Serve with your dips and a sprinkle of cilantro, if desired! Only half of the pan gets cilantro in this house!
