Pulled Pork Nachos 🥑

Looking for an awesome sharing platter, easy dinner or Super bowl Sunday meal? You found it!



1 bag nachos

Leftover prepared Epicure Pulled Pork (just use whatcha got)

1/4 cup pickled jalapeños

1 bag shredded cheese of your choice

Guacamole Dip Mix

2 ripe avocados

2 tablespoons Epicure Guacamole Dip Mix

Juice of 1/2 lime

Poco Picante Salsa

1/2 cup tomatoes

1 tablespoon Epicure Poco Picante Salsa Mix

Juice of 1/2 lime

Additional Ingredients

1/2 cup Sour Cream

Sprinkle of Cilantro

Guacamole Dip Mix

  1. Mash avocado in a medium sized bowl. Add lime juice using citrus press & Guacamole Dip Mix. Stir.

Poco Picante Salsa Mix

  1. Dice tomatoes into small pieces. Add to bowl.

  2. Add Guacamole Dip Mix & lime juice using citrus press. Stir.


  1. Set oven to 425.

  2. Place Sheet Pan Liner on Sheet Pan. Spread Nachos.

  3. Microwave Pulled Pork for 1 minute, add as much as desired to nachos. Top with cheese.

  4. Bake for eight minutes or until edges begin to golden brown.

Serve with your dips and a sprinkle of cilantro, if desired! Only half of the pan gets cilantro in this house!
