Philly-Style Cheesesteak Wraps 🥩
An easy peasy sheet pan meal ready in less than 30 minutes with prep! Great for weeknight meals and perfect as leftovers for lunches. Ingredients
2 bell peppers
1 small yellow onion
1 lb (450 g) thinly sliced beef strips
3 cups sliced mushrooms
1 tbsp oil
1 pkg Epicure Philly-Style Cheesesteak
1 cup shredded jalapeño Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup baby spinach
4 large tortillas 1 cup mayo 1 tablespoon Epicure Roasted Garlic Aioli Mix
1 teaspoon lemon juice Cookware Epicure Sheet Pan & Sheet Pan Liner Grilling Pan or Large Frying Pan

Preparation
1. Preheat oven 375° F. Line Sheet Pan with Sheet Pan Liner
2. Slice peppers and thinly slice onion. In a large bowl, combine peppers, onion, beef, mushrooms, oil, and seasoning. Toss until well coated.
3. Arrange in a single layer on pan as best you can. Roast for 15 min.
4. Remove from oven; sprinkle with cheese. Place back in oven and roast 2 min or until cheese melts. 5. While the sheet pan is in the oven - mix together mayo, roasted garlic aioli mix and lemon juice. Set aside.

6. Set a pan to high heat. Add roasted garlic aioli, philly-style cheesesteak mix and a handful of baby spinach. Fold in short edges and roll wrap. Place seam on pan and cook until brown. Flip - cook two minutes. Cut & serve.
