Have picky eaters? This is a great one! Set aside some Mac & Cheese for the littles and make some fancier Mac for the adults!
4 cups pasta of your choice
2/3 cups milk of your choice
2 packages Epicure Mac & Cheese Seasoning
4 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 cup baby spinach
1/2 jar sun-dried tomatoes, diced
1 lb chicken breast cooked & diced
2 tablespoons Epicure Pesto Sauce Mix
2 tablespoons water
1. Add pesto sauce mix and water together. Set aside while pasta is cooking or for at least five minutes.
2. In a large pot, add about eight cups of water, bring to a boil and cook pasta. Drain. Add both packages of Epicure Mac & Cheese seasoning, butter or margarine, milk and mix well.
3. If you’re saving some for the kiddos - set some of the Mac aside!
3. To the remaining pot of mac - add sundried tomatoes, spinach, cooked chicken and pesto mix. Set on low burner to cook spinach just a touch, about two minutes, stirring frequently.
