Fajita Fire Chili 🔥

This one has a good little kick!! Make it in five minutes, set it and forget it!


1 can diced tomatoes

1 can crushed tomatoes

1 can corn

1 can six bean blend

1 sweet potato, peeled and cut in small pieces

1 lb chorizo sausage

1 tablespoon Epicure Toasted Onion

1 tablespoon Epicure Minced Garlic

2 tablespoons Epicure Fajita Seasoning

Optional: jalapeño Monterey Jack, sour cream, Epicure 3 Onion Dip Mix & avocado for toppings


  1. Brown sausage in large pan and transfer to cutting board. Cut into discs.

  2. Add all ingredients to a slow cooker. Mix and set on low for six hours or on high for three hours.

  3. Serve with avocado, sour cream, jalapeño Monterey Jack & a sprinkle of 3 Onion Dip Mix
