Better Than Takeout General Tao 🥡

If you’re looking for an easy weeknight meal that has simple ingredients and ready in 20 minutes with prep - you’ve found it!


1/4 cup water

2 tablespoons ketchup

2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce

1 package Epicure General Tao Seasoning

2 bell peppers

1 cup snow peas

1/4 cup shredded carrots

2 cups rice

1 lb chicken breast, diced


  1. In a bowl, whisk together seasoning, water, soy sauce, and ketchup. Set aside.

  2. Preheat a wok or large frying pan over high heat and cook chicken, about 5-8 minutes.

  3. Add veggies to wok & stir-fry 1–2 minutes. Add sauce, stirring to coat.

  4. Serve with rice, if desired.
